Shipping policy

All orders will be processed and provided to our shipping service within 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for postage delays as this is out of our control.

Pre-Orders:

For Pre-Order items please note this is stated on the item description and proof confirmation that these will take a minimum of four weeks to arrive at our studio before processing and shipping to customers. Custom items are non-refundable. We will communicate any delays with customers and appreciate your patience and understanding. By purchasing customers acknowledge there may be delays in production, processing and shipping. If you purchase multiple items, but one of them if pre-order, all items will ship together once the pre-order item arrives. If you wish for items to be shipped separately, please contact us - shipping will be charged for both packages.

Custom Orders:

If a custom order is placed with no further information provided we will reach out multiple times over the subsequent weeks. After 3 months of no response, the custom will be refunded less a processing fee due to time spent on communications, processing fees, and any initial design completed.

Incorrect Shipping Address/no package pick up:

Items that are unable to be delivered to due incorrect shipping address or not following directions per couriers advice (ie not picking up a package at a post office as directed) are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipments returned to our studio due to incomplete delivery will be held for two months from their return to our studio. If the customer is interested in still receiving their package they can request an invoice for the return fee and will be responsible for the full shipping fee ($5 shipping over $100 does not apply). We will do our best to reach out to all customers if we foresee issues with our tracked shipping. Updates are available on all fulfilled packages through provided tracking numbers that will summarize any action required from the customer.

Customs/VAT/Duties:

Customs/VAT/duties is at the responsible of the buyer. Signed and sealed studio is not liable for this cost.
